When you start with Skyfish you get a free onboarding for you and your team. Here, we will discuss your workflow and suggest the best way to set up Skyfish for you. We will also ensure that you are aware of all the features. Just relax and let us help you and your colleagues get started.
Who do we contact when we need help?
Need help? Talk to our in-house product specialists in Danish, English, or German. Enterprise customers will be connected to a dedicated representative. Sometimes, the team cannot answer a question, but will ensure that it is handed over to another team member, e.g., in technical support.
How do we upload current files to Skyfish?
Easily upload individual files or entire folders with Skyfish’s intuitive drag & drop web interface. Skyfish also supports FTP uploads, which is helpful for larger batches while retaining a complex folder structure. All metadata will remain intact, and the most common metadata information will be displayed in Skyfish.
Can we upload and search immediately?
Yes, it is possible to skip manual tagging and let Skyfish help you. With auto-tagging, the basic tags are added to an image, making it instantly searchable. We suggest that you add your own, more specific tags to your files afterwards.
Is it easy to get started?
Getting started is easy, and you don’t need any technical skills or assistance. Simply begin by creating folders, uploading files, and sharing them with internal or external users. If you use your Public Media Gallery, you will also save time on developing your own website for sharing public content.
