Appendix 2: Service Providers
To deliver and operate Skyfish, a number of trusted service providers are used. These providers support functions such as payment processing, email communication, security, invoicing, and technical functionality.
All providers are selected based on an assessment of their security standards and compliance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where relevant, data processing agreements are concluded to ensure that personal data is processed securely and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Service providers are granted access only to the information necessary to perform the specific service.

Depending on the specific function, service providers may process the following types of information. This information listed below is processed only in relation to the responsible persons who use the relevant function.

List of Approved Service Providers
Connie ApS: Used in connection with Skyfish’s digital signature and consent functionality. The solution enables the creation, execution, and documentation of electronic consent forms, as well as the generation of an audit trail for the consent process.
Link Mobility (SMSapi): Used for SMS-based two-factor authentication during login. When this function is used, a one-time code is sent to the user’s phone number.
Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.: Used within Skyfish to generate previews of Microsoft files, such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint documents.
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l.: Used as a payment intermediary for customers who choose to pay via PayPal.
SendGrid Services c/o Twilio Inc.: Used for sending system emails and automated emails from the platform, for example, during account creation or for service notifications.
Stripe Payments Europe Limited: Used for processing online payments.
Visma e-conomic A/S: Used for invoicing in connection with the purchase of our services.
Usercentrics A/S (Cookiebot): Used for managing cookies and recording user consent on our websites.
Intercom R&D Unlimited Company: Used as a chatbot for responding to questions regarding Skyfish and its functionalities.
