Do you want to own your sales – from first outreach to closed deal – in a high-potential market?

At Skyfish, we’re looking for a strong commercial profile to drive our growth in the DACH region. This is a role with real ownership, where you’ll manage your own pipeline, your own budget – and have the freedom to execute.

 

About the role

You will be responsible for building and driving sales in DACH through outbound new business. This is a full-cycle sales role where you handle the entire process:

  • Identify and prospect relevant companies and public organizations
  • Engage decision-makers across marketing, communications, IT, and legal
  • Understand needs and challenge existing setups
  • Run meetings and product demos
  • Prepare proposals and manage negotiations
  • Close deals and ensure proper handover


You own your pipeline and are responsible for maintaining momentum and quality across your deals. The role includes a personal sales budget and clear revenue targets.

 

Who you are

We’re not looking for a traditional “order taker” – but someone who can create business from scratch.

You:

  • have 3–5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales
  • are fluent in German (written and spoken)
  • understand German business culture and decision-making processes
  • thrive with responsibility, autonomy, and high expectations
  • work in a structured way with pipeline and prioritization
  • are motivated by closing deals and creating results


As a person, you are:

  • driven and persistent
  • proactive and self-sufficient
  • strong at building relationships and trust
  • able to both challenge and understand customers


Ideally, you bring a profile with strong drive, accountability, and the ability to create momentum – combined with a relational sales approach.
