Stuff Smith (by name Hezekiah Leroy Gordon Smith) was an American jazz violinist. He is well known for the song “ If You´re a Viper “ He was one of jazz music´s preeminent violinists of the swing era. He is credited as being the first violinist to use electric amplification techniques on a violin.

Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen, also known by his abbreviated nickname NHØP, was a Danish jazz double bassist. By the age of fifteen, he had the ability to accompany leading musicians at nightclubs, working regularly at Copenhagen's Jazzhus Montmartre. He also played with Jean-Luc Ponty, and became the bassist of choice whenever a big-name musician was touring Copenhagen.

Kenny Drew (by name Kenneth Sidney “ Kenny “ Drew) was an American jazz pianist. He attended the High School of Music & Art in Manhattan. Drew was one of the American who settled in Europe around this period, he moved to Paris in 1961 and to Copenhagen three years later. Kenny Drew was a well-known figure on the Copenhagen jazz scene, recording many sessions a with the Danish bassist Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen.

d. August 4, 1993 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
