Bobby Hackett (by name Robert Leo Hackett) was an American jazz musician who played trumpet, cornet, and guitar with the bands of Glenn Miller and Benny Goodman in the late 1930s and early 1940s.

b. January 31, 1915 in Providence, Rhode Island.
d. June 7, 1976 in Chatham, Massachusetts.

Doc Cheatham (by name Adolphus Anthony Cheatham) was an American jazz trumpeter, singer, and bandleader. Doc Cheatham was born in Nashville of African, Cherokee and Choctaw heritage. He is also the Grandfather of musician Theo Croker.

b. June 13, 1905 in Nashville, Tennessee, United States.
d. June 2, 1997 in Washington D.C., United States.
