Muesli coarse bread, iceberg lettuce, sliced red chili, tomato slices and fried chicken fillet. Accessories: a slice of watermelon and Nordic salsa.
Nordic salsa: Squash, carrots, onions, tomatoes and chinese radish are cut in small pieces and put in a hot pan with oil for a few minutes. Cool completely before adding chopped parsley and sweet, red chili sauce.
