Cath Palgrave from Birmingham has been selected as one of Cycling UK's 100 Women in Cycling announced on Thursday 23 November.

Every year the 100 Women in Cycling list celebrates inspirational women who are encouraging others to experience the joy of cycling.

Cath Palgrave has been nominated as a community champion for her work as a bike mechanic and lead instructor for The Bike Project, which refurbishes bikes for refugees.
