Katherine Moore (Unpaved podcast), Sophie Gordon (Cycling UK), Vedangi Kulkarni and Rob Penn (freelance journalists) head down to the Loe Bar, seconds before coming to an abrupt halt when they hit the deep sand. The sand bar separates the Loe lagoon from the sea, and is one of several route options and shortcuts on the West Kernow Way.
