For Nærvær’s full gourmet experience, book one of the only 12 seats around the bar counter surrounding the open kitchen inside the restaurant section and enjoy the menu which requires a whole night. OR: Simply go for a glass of wine and some smaller servings from the bar menu to enjoy out on the sunny harbour front patio or inside at the wine bar behind the floor-to-ceiling window sections.
In the restaurant as well as in the wine bar, the food is contemporary and creative with clear references to chef, Yves Christian-François Le Lay’s French-Danish background.
Previously, Le Lay cooked at some of the best restaurants in the country; Søllerød Kro and Falsled Kro. Now he treats guests to divine meals from his pretty idyllic location.
