Aamanns is a relaxed yet ambitious place. You can try some of the lesser known aspects of the Danish smørrebrød tradition – but always with a well-established respect for the produce and a sense of unique flavours. How about classics like chicken salad or pan-fried plaice or new inventions like herb-salted salmon with asparagus and hemp seeds or fish cakes with cucumber and oyster vinaigrette?
