We love ‘smørrebrød’, the traditional Danish topped rye bread - paired with the best beer from Mikkeller and other top breweries. Our smørrebrød is built on classic, traditional flavors, but with room for modern adjustments and a larger aesthetic expression.

Our selection stretches from traditional Scandinavian Aquavit to a more modern interpretation, and rare vintage.
