Description

The multifunctional parking house Lüders is built and owned by By & Havn (CPH City & Port Development) and designed by JAJA Architects. The building that rises 24 meters from the ground offers six-storey parking, a supermarket and a recycle station on the ground floor and a 2400m² public urban space with training facilities, a playground and a beautiful view of the harbor. The exterior stairways run all the way from street level to the rooftop and serves both as a stair to the different levels and for excercise with an built-in timer.
