With a capacity of approximately 1200 student from 3-19 years old, Copenhagen International School will become an important focal point in Nordhavn. Located on a prominent site on Levant Quay the school is designed to link the school premises with the public urban space, giving it an open ambience. Along the south side of the school runs a public promenade, which provide opportunities for relaxation and various activities on land and water. The unique facade consists of 12000 solar panels, which will supply more than half of the school's annual electricity consumption. Levant Quay is developed by By & Havn (CPH City & Port Development)
