Control over user access and folder-level permissions
With Skyfish, you can give users permission rights on a folder level, giving you more control over your digital assets. You decide which users can upload and delete.
Keep track of who downloaded every file
The Download Tracker gives you a complete file overview and transparency. Your control panel shows when and by whom a file was downloaded.
Protect files against misuse with download notes
Attach download notes to all your files. The download notes feature ensures all users see the note before downloading. Your users will always know how stored files should be used.
File expiration dates guarantee integrity of use
Manage your files with expiration dates. After the expiration date, they can no longer be downloaded or shared.
A deleted file is a deleted file
Deleting a file will move it into your trashcan, where it will be stored for 30 days and then permanently deleted. The files in your trashcan are only visible to you, and Admins.
All files are stored within the EU
Your data within Skyfish is stored in Ireland in world-leading data centre facilities.

About the Skyfish system
The Skyfish system is operated from private network servers in an AWS data center located in the European Union (EU). Our customers’ files are backed up automatically and stored in 3 separate geographic locations within the EU, eliminating any single point of failure.
