When CDN links do not load, it’s usually because the original file is corrupted. How do you check if the file is corrupted? Go back to the original file, before you uploaded in Skyfish. Does it open correctly in your computer? If not, we recommend you create a CDN link with another file and check. If none of this works, we’re on this with you. Send us an email on info@skyfish.com.
