Get Control With Skyfish Consent
Upload and Link
Upload new consents or convert existing files to consents and link them directly to photos on Skyfish. Set the expiration date and enter the purpose for each consent, so users know exactly how the image may be used. It is also possible to link photos to individual consent signatures and search by signer.
Inform Teams
Clear icons (active consent, expired consent, no consent required) communicate the consent status of each photo at a glance. A notification containing the consent purpose and expiration date is displayed to users before downloading to ensure they are fully informed.
Track and Manage
Consent notifications alert admins to upcoming expirations, so they can take action from the consent overview. Here, consents can be filtered by signer, consent status (active/expired), or time to expiration (days/weeks/months). Admins may designate users as consent admins and enable them to carry out all consent-related admin tasks.
Prevent Misuse
When a consent expires, the system automatically blocks all relevant photos from being downloaded. At the same time, relevant shared links and PowerPoint embeds are disabled to prevent any further use of the expired photo.
